Accessing Support Through Theragrace
Theragrace partners with licensed therapists to provide temporary financial support for clients who would benefit from continued care but are facing financial hardship.
Step 1: Therapist Application
The client’s therapist initiates the process by submitting an application through our secure link. This includes details about their professional background, credentials, and current practice.
Please note: No personal client information is shared at this stage in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Step 2: Verification & Release of Information
Once the therapist’s credentials are verified an agreement with agency and a payment structure is established with their practice, Theragrace will provide a Release of Information (ROI) form.
After the client signs the ROI, the therapist will receive a secondary application (within 24–48 hours) to share relevant details about the client’s circumstances and need for financial support.
Step 3: Application Review
Theragrace carefully reviews all submitted information to determine eligibility. Clients may be:
Approved for support
Placed on a waitlist (based on funding availability)
Determined ineligible at this time
This review process typically takes 5–7 business days.
Step 4: Approval & Agreement
If approved, Theragrace will:
Contact the therapist via email
Provide a contract outlining the duration of support for the allotted 12 week period
Include a clear payment schedule
This agreement must be signed by both the therapist and the client before support begins.
Step 5: Ongoing Support & Reapplication
Support is provided for up to 12 weeks.
Clients may choose between:
Weekly sessions (12 sessions), or
Bi-weekly sessions (6 sessions)
To ensure we can extend care to as many individuals as possible, sessions are designed to take place within the 12-week window, and unused sessions are not carried over.
If additional support is needed beyond this time, we welcome therapists to reconnect with us by submitting a new application so we can reassess how to best continue supporting your client.
For Agencies

If you are the director or leader of a mental health agency and are interested in partnering with Theragrace, we welcome the opportunity to collaborate with you.
By completing the link below, Theragrace can establish a partnership with your agency and create an appropriate payment structure that respects the integrity of the existing therapist–client relationship within your practice.
Our goal is to support clinicians in maintaining continuity of care for clients who may be experiencing temporary financial hardship and would otherwise be unable to continue therapy.
Once a partnership is established, clinicians within your agency will be able to submit requests for financial support on behalf of clients who may benefit from assistance through Theragrace.
Important Note for Clinicians
If you are a clinician currently practicing within an agency, your agency will need to establish a partnership with Theragrace before we are able to provide financial support within your existing pay structure.
